<BODY BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF"><p> The Minervini Group<p>The Minervini Group is a local, multidisciplinary team assembled by Traverse City area resident and respected historic renovator/ builder Ray Minervini. Our purpose is to pursue the successful "resurrection" of the historic treasures in the Grand Traverse Commons' Sub-Area 2, including Building 50 and the South Cottages. Our vision includes creating a walkable, mixed-use Village that will feature a broad variety of residential and commercial opportunities. Generally speaking, the lower floors of Building 50 will have a variety of retail, office and restaurant space, while the upper floors will have a broad range of condominium and apartment options. Unique to this site are the 19th century buildings and Central Park-like setting of the Commons (including hundreds of acres of woodland, pastures and open lawn) and its close proximity to downtown Traverse City and Grand Traverse Bay.
