Cottages accomodate 4 to 10 people dependant on the cottage size. All are very clean and comfortably furnished. 12' aluminum rowboat included in cottage rental. Boat motors and pontoon rental are available. Kayak and paddleboats are provided. Weekly rentals (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $550 to &775/week.Daily and off-season rentals are available. Family oriented enviroment. Pets are always welcome. Amenities: Kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, and cooking utensils. Ironing boards, irons, cable television are provided in each cottage. Beach with dock space, swimming area, playground, campfire areas, and guest laundry. Blankets and pillows are provided. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Bait and pop sales are available. Waterfront: Located on Arbutus Lake, 7 miles south of Traverse City. Additional Rate Information: Weekly rentals Early June to Late August $550 to $775/week. Daily and off-season rates $55 to $75/night or $275 to $415/week.
